I was on the internet one day and came across the Grant Writing Express offer and thought for the price of the shipping of a CD decided to order the CD. I placed the order on 2/11/09 and it finally got to me 3/7/09. On 3/10/09 I received a credit billing not only for the shipping charges for the CD I found out I was also charged for two memberships I hadn't ordered.
