The online course rarely begins at the scheduled time. Questions about study materials to be completed before class are not answered via e-mail causing confusion during the actual class as students are not sure which assignments are due. Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help.
