I ordered, paid for, and received a nice new Sleep Number bed from Select Comfort in April of 2008. The initial delivery was substandard, but they quickly replaced it with a new set and we were content. However, 6 months later the box spring began to squeak and creek at even the smallest movements. I placed a call on the 4th of December, and they said they would send a replacement, though it would take 8 weeks.
