We owned the above mentioned mattress a very short time when it began to sag on both sides. When it was still less than two years old I made a claim with Simmons. They sent out a form with specific instructions for measuring the "gullies". The deepest depression was approx. 1". Simmons has denied the claim stating that this is normal and to be expected. They say it is contouring to the shape of our bodies. Several letters have gone back and forth to no avail. They seem to be responding to me in a preset manner and refuse to do anything to help me.
