This promotion claims that all you have to do is send them 29.99, which is a completely refundable deposit. They then send another form in which you request the dates & destination you want, but you have to send another 24.80 for hotel taxes & fees. They say it takes 30 days to process. Then when you don't hear from them, and call the number (866-292-0099)they tell you that you'll be notified 30-45 days prior to the dates you requested, that neither date is guaranteed.
