I was told that they would port my number to the cellphone after I recieved it, that didn't happen at all. I used the phone I recieved from them to call their customer service. They told me that the phone now has too many minutes on. What? I used the phone to call them. I was on the phone with them for over 3 hours total in 10 days and the # still was not ported.
