They called my wife and convinced her to give them our credit card saying that we had to sign up for this for our son to take SATs. She thought it was the college board. They charged us $119. I went online and found the tel. number the next day. They did answer and assured me that they would refund my money. Never happened. I called them a total of 5 times and each time they insisted they would take care of it. After several weeks, the CD showed up. I went online and found the same CD for $10.95.
