went to local Abc tv station. looked up dtv converter box. sent to their website. information was like if ordering the government issued coupons. at end asked for credit card number.. gave reluctantly, but said: probably the way they do it. charged about $2. month later, saw a deduction of $94 and about 89cents. called number listed in charge. told that everything was alright. they " canceled everything" and a full refund was suppose to be issued. waited weeks, nothing. called, was given the run around. in short that's it. read full review »
