I purchased a glass tabe top from levitz. I also purchased a warranty for the table from stainsafe. The table broke on one corner in 2007 I submitted a claim to them 4 times and finally on the last submisstion which was 9/08 they wrote back that they could not honor the warranty because it had not been reported in the required time. I faxed my request for replacement of the table as soon as it happened as well as calling to leave a message and mailed the application to them.
