I purchased measuring tape and was told that it's lifetime and purchased a ratchet and when product broke I tried to return and was told that the blade isn't covered only lock and case. How can you tell if locks not broke if the tape is out. What a--holes.My ratchet was broken so I asked if I could exchange it for the exact one and was told that i had to get a rebuilt one that's bull----! The warranty doesn't states that.
