I was first left a voicemail saying that a DVD was overdue. I called the Blockbuster, told them I had returned it without even watching the movie in its entirety, as it was not what I anticipated it being even with an actor like Anthony Hopkins. They kept on insisting I never returned it and it has been turned over to a debt collection service now, for less than $14.00, (Fourteen) they have lost a customer because they absolutely refused to even consider that it may have been one of thier employees (maybe a disgrunteled individual) had removed said DVD from the premises. read full review »
