Purchased this DXG web cam / camcorder from Shop NBC around Christmas. Both Shop NBC and DXG represented the product to be fully compatible with Windows Vista. It is not. Shop NBC has chosen to participate in the fraud thrust upon its customers by DXG. After several attempts Shop NBC continues to give me the run-around and refuses to refund the product upon return.
