Waterhouse Securities, Inc., International Claim Department Had a check for me, $4, 980.00 to cover an alleged $2995.00 tax bill on a well deserved $250, 000 sweepstakes winning. I received this mail dated Feb, 16, 2009, but did not see it till 3/5/2009 (got lost in the mail pile). I thought this looked legitimate, the check looks real, but their is no 'Free Lunch'!
