I ordered a part for my sister's husband to fix an ATV that he damaged while riding the web site claim's low cost, fast shipping and best service. We got the low cost alright but it was to the cost of 'fast shipping' and best service... I was charged for the part 2 days after I placed the order online but then they didn't ship the part until two weeks later.
