I was called by Mailbox Magazines during a nap on April 1, 2008. I groggily accepted the subscription to Time Magazine and the free watch. After agreeing, I spoke with the supervisor like much of you had as well. I received the letter confirming my subscription and called to cancel. They said it was non-cancellation and that they had me on tape agreeing to the terms. I asked to listen to the recording.
