I�d like to file a complain about a certain bus driver on the M50 bus going East from West 46th Street and 12th Avenue at 5:37pm. I am riding that bus every day at 6:04pm but this week I took the 5:37pm twice. Today, Thursday March 19th, 2009 an African American older man tried to get on that bus at 10th Avenue with a small hand truck which had a cardboard box covered in a black plastic bag on it.
