I ordered 50.00+ dollars worth of items. I received an email on at 1:36pm on 3/5/09 from [email protected] acknowleding my order stating that, "You may check your order status by writing to:[email protected]" No where on this email is the name of a person or phone number to reach this company by. This email is followed by another email also at 1:36pm on 3/5/09 from [email protected] it appeared in my email as being from Terri Kocourek the subject field was "Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation."
