I received my first from CII about the end of Feb, 2009. I called and talked to Bruce, who was assigned to this account. I told him that I had filed bankruptcy and tried to give him the information and he refused to take it, stating he’s not my secretary. He continued to insult and curse at me for a couple minutes until I hung up. I asked several times for their MN License # and they would not give it to me.
