I ordered a 1.99 cd, company billed me $94.89 for a membership. I talked to reps and supervisors, none willing to accept my cancellation/refund. They won't give me a phone number for billing dept. Said I have to wait 88 days to get a refund, already billed me for 1 month usage. Total scam, uncooperative. I will never buy or order anything online again, sad!!! read full review »
