To everyone reading this I filed a report with the B.B.B. and then called FWM Lab., and told them that I filed, they had till 5 pm. to e-mail me with there intentions or I would pursue this matter even if it meant fileing a class action law suit. I checked my e-mail at 5:30 pm & they responded with an answer my account will be credited in 3/5 days. I advise everyone to do the same . As with so many other ripped off consumers, I'ved been trying to get my 30 day cancelation refund & all I'm told is it takes 2/3 days to process I've called them 4 times & always talk to someone new who gives me the same old story.I've even kept track of the dates, times & the people I talked to. Sad thing about this is my Bank (Sovereign) payed them not once but 3 times even thou I disputed it . Now my bank wants 3 overlimit charges plus late fees .
