I returned two packs of slimeasy to the company which I was billed $88.97 for each. The packs were mailed from the post office with tracking numbers. After multiple e-mails to the company and promised a refund within a few days I still have not received the credit to my account. All future orders for their products have been cancelled. When calling this company and they learn that the credit was not given they hang up and tell you to e-mail customer support. No other way to communicate with customer service. Have your credit company go after them for the refund. read full review »
