I have received two invoices from Hearst Corp Invoicing Bureau for a subscription I did not renew. There is no way to contact the invoicing bureau, except the address to which I am supposed to mail my check, Hearst Magazines, Box 7186 Red Oak, Iowa 51591. The invoice indicates that my renewal would begin in May 2009, it is now March 2009, so I have not received any of the magazines I supposedly ordered, so I can hardly be in arrears. Yet the letter enclosed with the statement speaks insultingly about how they "fully believed you (meaning me) would send payment upon receipt of your invoice."
