Baby age is horrible, I ordered a bike for my daughter on Nov. 28th. I never received a comfirmation e'mail with a tracking number like they said. It is now Dec. 17th and I still haven't heard a word from them except the 4 times I called them and they said it was being shipped directly from Schwinn and they were behind on their shipments. Well I called Schwinn and they said they were not behind and they had no record of my order.
