WOW! How can a company get away with such bad service? For nearly 2 years now I have been trying to "get square" with Embarq. I try to pay bills on time and sometimes even more than is required so there is extra toward the next month's bill. I don't believe I have EVER paid the same amount twice. Sometimes my bill comes in my mailbox and sometimes it come through e-mail, and sometimes I doesn't get here at all. I tried paying at the local Embarq office, over the phone and via internet.
