I made a very poor decision to use Orbit Van Lines for my move from Manhattan to Dallas in December 2008. Similar to other complaints I've read about Orbit, I was quoted one thing on the phone and shown/charged another, but only AFTER they loaded the truck. They tell you they'll unload the truck for several hundred dollars an hour if you're not happy with the new price. The original estimate was $1, 400.
