I placed an order in the amount of $64.73 + $9.47 for shipping on March 17, 2009. After nearly a week my order had not been shipped so I called Outlet Nutrition and was unable to get through to anyone. Both the Customer Service and the Operator extensions were full and unable to receive messages. I decided to call my bank. I was told my credit card had been charged two days after I placed my order and that I would have to wait 30 days before contesting the transaction to have the charges reversed.
