have been requesting provider directory from company since january.just moved to nebraska from wisconsin and need a primary care doctor.after the 1st request i waited 3 weeks and called to see where the book was and they had no record of request.2nd call said it would be out in 7-10 business days.called in mid-february to advise them the book came to the correct nebraska address but was a provider book listing wisconsin doctors.the 3rd request resulted in the same thing-wisconsin doctors listings.have put in 4th request and was told again-will... read full review »
