I am beyond outrage at the poor customer service I received from your Auto Connection yesterday around 5:40 pm – 7:00 pm. Their Cashier didn’t represent Michael Wayne Investment in a professional and courteous manner. I verbally authorized a payment of $190.00 however; the Cashier took it upon herself to run my debit card through twice taking $199.87 out of my account. This is consider fraud and against the law.
