All I can say is do your research and you will definitely not let Close Out Genius get the best of you. I ordered a great GPS system (highly recommended by Consumer Reports) and was in too big a rush to check out COG's reputation... My overall experience was horrible...the phone lines are busy for hours on end, no communication, no reliable invoice, items missing... Finally rec'd missing items after threatening them with a lawsuit. Never again, will I NOT investigate a company before I order from them...BUYER BEWARE!!! read full review »
