Numerous of times, I have attepted to dispute my charges for purchasing movies on my account. I have done it verbally and written. They continue to argue that these charges were made through our remote control. They refuse to admit it is a possible hacker tapping into my phone line. After being on hold for several minutes while they "look into it", the phone line drops...twice!!!
