We've had 6 different A and E reps service call our Jennair range over the past 7 weeks and it still is not repaired. Each time they send a different Rep. Reps have ordered the same "wrong" part 3 different times. The parts that they have ordered now almost equal the price that I paid for the range. If this is what Jenn Air or Sears is paying them, then no wonder they're in trouble. I have asked repeatedely for a manager to call with no luck. read full review »
