After canceling my account with this company, I was sent two more packages of natures Aci Berry Supplement. I called 1-800-983-7968 and after telling them that I was not going to pay the $4.99 shipping charges for each jar, the service personnel spoke to his supervisor and told me to keep the bottles at no charge. He reassured me 3-4 times that I will not be charged and to call them back if that happens. So hopefully, this is a better ending after the initial sting that I still had to pay.
