My debit card with Charles Schwab, Inc. has recently shown periodic monthly charges of $40.25 ascribed to pay-gatterbill.com. These charges indicate no other source, and unless I can be convinced to the contrary, I have not been responsible for them. At the very least, I wish these charges to be discontinued. J.
