November 19th, 2008 I ordered a trial offer of the product Total Cleanse and when I tried to cancel the subscription (within the 10 day trail period) so $79.47 would not be taken out of my account, I could not reach them by phone (866-320-0038) or e-mail support@sflnutrition. I sent many e-mails and received no confirmation. Now $79.47 was taken out of my account on 12/18/2008.
