im a rewards member that has been staying at the country inn and suites in mathews every weekend for the past four years because my son plays college football for wingate university about 15 mins down the street. I cheked in the hotel; last sunday because i had a flight to dallas texas monday morning. I tried calling the front desk to get a wake up call and couldnt get a dial tone from either of the two phones in the room.
