I sent money to the Philippines last Jan. 15 and 19, 2009 for my friends medication help for $2, 955 and I paid $48 for the fee here in California, the receiver in SM Cebu Western Union only received $2, 900 this happened twice. The total amount Western Union had taken $105.00 plus $48 x2 charges in california equivalent to $201.00 all in all. I complained to Western Union 8 times nothing happened.
