I ordered a quad in August of 2007 . When it arrived the carton was damaged and so was the bike. When I opened and took pictures of the carton and the bike. I sent the pictures to All New Sports and called them to let them know that the pictures are in their e-mail. They told me in HUNDREDS of e-mails that they would get the parts to repair the damage. It is now March 2009 and I am still waiting for parts. P.S. I have one file in my e-mail file devoted to All New Sports . I did finally get the front fender, still waiting on the rear fender and the right lower swing arm. read full review »
