I too was taken by the Advanced Wellness Research. In January I decided to try their supplements but after a half hour a co-worker warned me that it was a possible scam. I then called back to cancel my free trial and I was told that they couldn't cancel the order. I had no choice but to take the trial and if I didn't like it to return it. I used their instant message customer service and luckily I printed out the whole conversation. They told me that when I returned the product they would cancel any further orders.
