In July 2008 I purchased a Samsung CLP-300N Color Laser printer for my office from Buy.com. It came with a $150 mail-in rebate offer. Samsung verified receiving my submission but I never received the check. After waiting the specified number of weeks, I contacted both Buy.com and Samsung. Buy.com says that I have to contact Samsung. Samsung said they would mail a second check. I never received either check. Since then I've contacted them at least 4 more times.
