I purchased a complete series set of 'All in the Family' thru Planetdvdstore.com. The dvd's were all defective and the last two discs of the series had nothing at all on them. The dvd's were sent from China and I emailed the company who 'guarantee' 100% satisfaction never responded to any of the multiple emails I sent to them. This was a costly lesson for me not to mention a major disappointment for my 87 year old Mother who loves All in the Family, and these were her birthday present. What a rip-off this was!!
