I have been a loyal and good card holder of American Express since 1982. I have several different cards with them, and may my payments on time, every month and have for as long as I have been a customer. However, I have decided it's no longer with it! They charge $150/year for membership! Now they have told me they would "appreciate" my minimum payment well in advance of the due date.
