Don't believe what they tell you! I purchased an above the stove microwave. The wrong one was delivered and the store manager decided that they would do nothing for me so I am stuck with a counter top microwave. He was so rude and antagonistic on the whole topic. The salesman said he would get the correct mcrowave ordered but then back out when the manager inserted himself and then the salesman lied and said he never promised to get the problem fixed and took no responsibility in ordering the wrong unit.
