My mom recieved two packages in the mail from this company not idetified on the outside of the package to let you know whom it is from, so you have to open it . She never ordered this Ultimate Facial product and then when you call to get them to return it, they already charged my mothers credit card and would not tell me how they got my parents card number just kept telling me they ordered it when they have not .
