I submitted all of my forms correctly, they did not update status for long time. When I e-mailed them 2 days later they denied for the same reason everybody is complaining about. I did not submit everything, which was not true. I attached documents with my e-mail and sent them again, which they totally ignored. All they do is respond to your e-mail with copy and paste of terms and conditions. I suggest to everybody who they are cheating, to send e-mails to their vendors and customers.
