We Canceled in Nov. 2008 and they picked up everything and still continued to charge us. Then when we would call to correct the issue we were told they would credit the account and it never happend. Finally in Feb. 2009 i was told all we owed was 35 for the cancelation fee and after paying it we received another bill stating we still owe more money. Finally calling for the 4th time to resolve it and being on the phone for 45min with them going over every bill it was figured that they actually owed us $1.20.
