I dont even know where to begin when complaining about this manager! Chae has been NOTHING but horrible/rude with me since the moment she became manager. First off, this clinic has seen so much turn around with managers its ridiculous! First i met with Carine who sold me my package ( i didnt like her) then i met with Christine (she was nice) and then Reema (she was great) and now Chae (HORRIBLE!) mind you this is with in a 3 year time frame! I used to work for American Laser Centers for about 2 years, until i decided to quit the company due to there "rules" and the way they run things. ALC claims to be the #1 company for laser hair removal, etc, however, when you REALLY research the model of the laser that they use, Syneron (the laser manufactor) says that ALC uses the cheapest machines possible.
