I tried the eyepods and disposed of remaining packages and emailed to cancelled my account. I was allergic to this product and returned the full jar. I returned the product eyepothesis and have a delivery conformation. I phoned this morning and spoke to Marenna and explained I was charged for this product. She said since I did not return the eyepods I was unable to receive a refund. I explained that I was allergic to their product and she said to bad. You would have needed to return the whole package.
