I ordered my free trial of cosmetyn for 6.95 then tried it for two weeks and decided to cancel i called several times and waited on hold for up to an hour before it just hung up so i left a message. No return so I wrote to them on their website and no return. The next day I called again and finally talked to someone who told me they couldn't cancel at that time cause something was "down."
