My wife and I purchased a 2000 Chrysler Voyager in 2003 using Americredit as the finance company. Our loan was coming to an end and a month before the loan hit maturity, the car was repossesed due to lack of payment. I have requested documentation of our payment records from the company twice and that request has not been honored. Almost all correspondence has been via the phone.
