Received an e-mail addressed to few of us (23) to visit www.ripoffreport.com and search Comfort Room of Florida. I am amazed how Mr. Ferrando keeps copying and pasting his rebuttal or explanation. As somebody suggested, I visited the BBB and I will be embarrassed to be graded with a C or having that many complaints for a small company.
